Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Express Shipping (6–10 business days): FREE for all orders (as of 23-03-2026).
International Shipping We do not ship to international (as of 23-03-2026).
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@nordicgoods.co. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you would like to change your shipping address after placing an order, please email support (support@nordicgoods.co). We are only able to change the address prior to the order being processed at our warehouse. If the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
